Creative Journaling

Creative Journaling

This picture is from creative journaling
Journaling is such a useful tool for getting in touch with yourself. My poetry has often been a form of journaling for me. I also journal. The above pictures are a way of expressing myself through journaling. My poetry is another form. Writing your thoughts gets you more in touch with yourself bringing you into a more intimate relationship with yourself. When we are more intimate with ourselves, we become more intimate with others. What you seek in the world outside of you must be found inside of you. You are the creator of your world and the world you find around you.
Journaling helps you to heal, clear the way for new inspirations and learn more about you. The more intimate you are with yourself the stronger your ability to be a catalyst for creating your life.
A gratitude journal is a great way to stay light and positive. This is important because when you feel blessed you increase your blessings.
In journaling don't just have a gratitude journal. It is a great tool, but so is becoming intimate with yourself. If there are parts of you that are not feeling whole or happy, write about it, work your way through it and gently and lovingly nurture those parts of you into a more loving place.
It is said KNOW THYSELF. This is what journaling does for you. It brings you closer to the goal of knowing thyself. You cannot be clear about what you want if you do not know yourself. Take the time to get to know yourself. Spend time with you. Find out who you are. Fall in love with you.

YOU ARE WONDERFUL!

Be your own best friend and love who you meet in the mirror.

Books I recommend:
