Creative Journaling

Creative Journaling

This picture is from creative journaling
Journaling is such a useful tool for getting in touch with yourself. My poetry has often been a form of journaling for me. I also journal. The above pictures are a way of expressing myself through journaling. My poetry is another form. Writing your thoughts gets you more in touch with yourself bringing you into a more intimate relationship with yourself. When we are more intimate with ourselves, we become more intimate with others. What you seek in the world outside of you must be found inside of you. You are the creator of your world and the world you find around you.
Journaling helps you to heal, clear the way for new inspirations and learn more about you. The more intimate you are with yourself the stronger your ability to be a catalyst for creating your life.
A gratitude journal is a great way to stay light and positive. This is important because when you feel blessed you increase your blessings.
In journaling don't just have a gratitude journal. It is a great tool, but so is becoming intimate with yourself. If there are parts of you that are not feeling whole or happy, write about it, work your way through it and gently and lovingly nurture those parts of you into a more loving place.
It is said KNOW THYSELF. This is what journaling does for you. It brings you closer to the goal of knowing thyself. You cannot be clear about what you want if you do not know yourself. Take the time to get to know yourself. Spend time with you. Find out who you are. Fall in love with you.

YOU ARE WONDERFUL!

Be your own best friend and love who you meet in the mirror.

CREATING YOU

Start creating yourself today…

There are endless possibilites on creating you.

Let the world be your canvas and your inspiration.

When you put the intention out there of what you would like to be, life follows this thought and the universe hears you.

Don’t play it small…

I love this quote from Marianne Williamson, it has inspired me.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us most. We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and famous?’ Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that people won’t feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in all of us. And when we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”by Marianne Williamson

Dream Into Being...

With a stout heart, a mouse can lift an elephant. Tibetan proverb, A World Treasury of Folk Wisdom

Your life will reflect the beliefs and thoughts you nurture within you. Plant seeds of a future you will love. If unconscious parts of you are blocking the future you imagine as the seeds of tommorrow, the issues will come up to be healed.

I have done much inner work to arrive at the happiness of my present life. Do not be afraid of inner work, it can be quite cathartic and freeing. You may find you need to find forgiveness in your heart, release fears or a myriad of different issues that are unique to you. When you envision the future you want, life guides you in the process of how to get there.

What seeds are you planting for a life you love?

What you sow, so shall you reap…

Plant yourself a beautiful garden…….

Do you love what you do?

When your day is through, do you want to talk about your day or put it out of your mind?

My thoughts on this are that it would ideal to do what we love, to be excited to talk about what we did that day.

Are you passionate about what you do in your life?

When I see my husband at the end of the day I can’t wait to share what happened during the day. I feel excited and passionate about what I do. It is such a good feeling to have. I have been in a place where I was not excited about my life. Being excited and passionate about it, is such a better place to be.

There are so many things to do, books to read that can help you to create the life you want to live rather than live a life you just exist in.

Be a star in your own life!

Create you!

You are the author of your own life.

What would your script sound like?

What would you write as your life?
